Position Location: St. Petersburg (Russia)

Position Description: We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing global team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly technical financial technology environment focused on capital markets, trading systems, APIs, and financial messaging technologies. You will help shape and communicate Esprow’s market positioning, product messaging, and digital presence across multiple channels.

You will work closely with senior management, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to support marketing initiatives across website content, SEO, webinars, social media, email campaigns, presentations, technical articles, and marketing collateral. This is a highly hands‑on role within a small and growing team environment. The position requires someone proactive, organized, and comfortable independently driving marketing activities from planning through execution. Our products are highly technical and used by leading financial institutions globally; therefore, the role requires someone capable of quickly understanding technical concepts and communicating them clearly to enterprise audiences.

Position Responsibilities

• Drive and execute Esprow’s digital marketing initiatives across multiple communication channels, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain marketing content including website materials, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and technical articles.
• Plan and execute branding, SEO, content marketing, webinar programs, and broader digital campaign activities.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors for website development, branding, and other digital marketing‑related projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to clearly and accurately communicate Esprow’s product capabilities and differentiators.
• Strengthen the company’s online presence by improving messaging consistency and overall communication quality across channels.
• Prepare marketing and event materials including sales collateral, conference assets, webinar content, and technical presentations.
• Support technical marketing initiatives covering APIs, FIX Protocol, automated testing, certification, and capital markets technologies.
• Use web analytics and marketing tools to track campaign performance and support continuous optimization of marketing activities.
• Stay up to date with developments in digital marketing, financial technology, and enterprise software communication trends.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within a technology or software company.
• Experience working with enterprise technology products or highly technical software solutions.
• Familiarity with technologies and domains such as API Lifecycle Management, automated API testing, FIX Protocol, trading platforms, exchange connectivity, middleware messaging technologies, and capital markets infrastructure.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a clear and professional manner.
• Experience with website content management, SEO, email marketing, webinars, social media, and content marketing.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a distributed international team environment.

Bonus Skills (optional, but would be a plus)

• Degree in engineering or related technical subject matter.
• Experience working within financial technology, capital markets, or enterprise B2B software environments.
• Experience creating technical marketing content for enterprise software products.
• Experience supporting webinars, industry events, or conference participation.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.
