Responsibilities - Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host ten or more open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Participate actively in team events as per team standards
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
- Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and promote homes
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are willing to learn and implement our lead generation system. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
