100% commission-based opportunity , with income tied directly to your activity, production, and results.

Qualifications • Newly licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license, ready to dive into the industry.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build relationships and trust.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and discipline, allowing you to manage your schedule and meet goals independently.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to stay connected with clients and the team, enhancing communication and efficiency.
