Marketing & Product Operations AssistantThe Marketing & Product Operations Assistant provides hands-on support across product management, project coordination, and marketing activities. This role executes critical operational tasks that ensure efficient product lifecycle processes, sample fulfillment, and project execution. The position partners with cross-functional teams and reports to the Product Operations Manager. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's IATF16949/ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.Product & Data SupportProcess product-related documents and requests; track progress and maintain accurate data across internal systemsSupport product lifecycle activities, reporting, and system updatesPull and compile reports to support decision-makingSample & Logistics CoordinationManage sample fulfillment including preparation, packaging, and shippingMaintain sample inventory and assist with sample kits and launch materialsCoordinate shipments and internal transfersProject & Operations SupportTrack incoming materials and distribute to teamsAssist with project documentation and data trackingFollow up on open tasks and deliverablesMarketing SupportAssist with trade show and event preparationAdministrative SupportMaintain supplies and support day-to-day operationsProvide general administrative supportSuccess in this role requires: high school diploma required; some college preferred, 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative role preferred, strong organizational and multitasking skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.What you'll bring: timely and accurate execution of tasks, reliable sample fulfillment and logistics support, effective coordination across teams.By applying for a position with HellermannTyton, you understand that should you be made an offer, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check through the use of our 3rd party supplier.
