Ready to run the machines that keep commercial power flowing?

Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business in Meadow Lands, PA builds and assembles products for commercial electrical distribution. We’re hiring a third-shift technician who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and learning on the job.

Why this role?

• Overnight schedule: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
• Pay you can count on: $19.74/hour + $1.00/hr shift differential
• Guaranteed increase: base rate moves to $20.78/hour after 6 months
• Entry-level with structured on-the-job training

What will you do each night?

• Operate and tend production equipment—welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes—per standardized work
• Watch machine performance, make routine adjustments, and log production data
• Inspect finished parts to defined quality standards
• Report output and issues so leaders have accurate, timely information
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
• Work overhead on one or more lines as needed
• Contribute wherever the team needs you—other duties as assigned

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (accredited)
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible to work overtime, including weekends
• Local to the site: no relocation; you must live within 50 miles of Meadowlands, PA (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limit)
