Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for high-growth startups and established corporations. We are scaling our engineering team and looking for multiple developers. Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7+ years of Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly preferred (Good-to-have).
• Long-Term Commitment: A strong willingness and strategic mindset to sustain, maintain, and optimize a single, complex solution over a three-year horizon.
• Professional Maturity: A proven track record of self-management. You are comfortable working in an environment where outcomes are measured by delivery, successful knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction.
• Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Availability: Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure critical overlap and alignment with the US team.
