The Goals and Challenges of this Role: - TIG welding and fabricating on custom parts
- TIG Welding of Stainless Steels, C-276, Inconel 600 series
- ASME Code welding and Military Specifications
- Reading and interpreting custom blueprints and drawings from customers
- Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy-fuel & hand plasma)
- Follow lean principles as well as safety and quality standards
- General welding and shop duties as needed
What You Should Bring to this Role: - Demonstrated success in TIG welding
- Desire to constantly improve your welding abilities
- Desire and ability to use shop math
- Must be able to read and understand job instructions
- Experience in GTAW, FCAW and GMAW Spray Transfer.
- Experience in Pipefitting
- Experience in welding of Carbon, Stainless, or Nickel based alloys
- Strong overall mechanical aptitude.
- HS diploma or equivalent
Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the role. Starting pay depends on your skills, experience, and ability to perform the job.
