Job Summary:
Dialysis Unit professional seeking a temporary assignment in an outpatient setting. This role involves performing general dialysis duties, setting up Fresenius machines, accessing and monitoring patients, and charting. The position is scheduled for days, with specific shift hours and a designated outpatient division.

Job Details:

• Location: Outpatient dialysis unit with 10 chairs, schedule from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Schedule: Days; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) as per American Heart Association; ND or compact state license; minimum of 6 months dialysis experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required across units/departments.
• Additional Information:
  • Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for the organization; if so, the previous end date must be at least 6 months prior to current submission.
  • All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility.
  • General duties include setting up and operating Fresenius T machines, connecting/disconnecting patients, monitoring vital signs, and charting in EPIC.
  • Orientation: 6-12 week program based on individual needs.
  • Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours prior every 13 weeks.
  • BSN required: No.
  • License to submit: Yes.
  • Trauma Level: CAH (Critical Access Hospital).
  • Care Setting: Outpatient division.
