Job Description
The Welding position is responsible for manufacturing parts and components according to customer drawings and specifications. This role includes the setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment including welding machines, spot welders, and robot welders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding and metal fabrication experience with a strong focus on pipe fitting. This position also requires the ability to maintain equipment and ensure production of “0 defect” parts.

The base salary range for this position is $30-35 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
