Executive Assistant to Founder 

Investor Girl Britt | Miami, FL  Full-Time | In-Person + Travel $75,000–$85,000 Base + Performance Bonus

HELP RUN THE LIFE, BUSINESS & BRAND BEHIND INVESTOR GIRL BRITT

This is not your typical Executive Assistant role.

We’re looking for an incredibly organized, creative, resourceful person to work directly alongside Brittany Arnason — Investor Girl Britt.

Brittany is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, educator and content creator who has grown from DIY residential investing into commercial real estate, self-storage and hotels, with more than $100 million in deals closed.

Her brand is built around helping people think bigger, sooner, take action and create more freedom.

Your role is simple:

Make Brittany's life easier. Help make the Investor Girl Britt brand bigger.

One minute you're coordinating a flight. The next you're filming behind-the-scenes content, handling a schedule change or editing a Reel from the road.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Executive & Personal Support

• Own Brittany's calendar, appointments and priorities
• Manage travel, itineraries and reservations
• Help manage email and surface what needs attention
• Handle errands and personal logistics as needed
• Prepare Brittany for meetings, events, interviews and trips
• Track commitments, deadlines and follow-ups
• Coordinate with team members, partners and vendors
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they reach Brittany

Content & Brand

• Travel with Brittany to capture photo and video
• Spot great content opportunities as they're happening
• Film business, real estate, educational and lifestyle content
• Edit and publish short-form video
• Develop hooks, captions and content ideas
• Maintain the content calendar and asset library
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Track performance, trends and brand growth
• Support collaborations and brand opportunities
• Sometimes you'll be given an idea. Other times, you're expected to recognize the story yourself.

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF...

You're unusually organized AND unusually creative.

You:

• Have experience supporting a Founder, entrepreneur or executive
• Have experience filming and editing social content
• Understand Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Have experience using AI tools and Canva to work smarter, create content efficiently, and improve productivity
• Know how to use technology and AI to streamline tasks, organize information, and help get more done
• Communicate professionally and confidently
• Stay calm when plans change
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Solve problems without waiting for instructions
• Love travel and have the flexibility to travel regularly
• Are comfortable with a schedule that doesn't always fit neatly into 9–5

COMPENSATION & LOCATION

Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000  Performance Bonus: Up to $12,000 annually

This position is based in Miami, Florida and requires regular in-person work with Brittany.

Business travel and approved travel-related expenses are company paid.
